Fill out the CUSTOM REQUEST form with all the essential details about your concept, including placement, size, and any reference images.
 2. Chat About Your Idea:
Once I review your submission, I’ll respond promptly to discuss your vision and ensure we’re aligned.
 3. Secure Your Booking:
You’ll receive a link to pay your deposit and schedule your sessions.
 4. Review Your Design:
I’ll create a draft of your tattoo design and share it with you for feedback. Any adjustments will be made before the final design is ready.
 5. Your Tattoo Session:
On the day of your appointment, we’ll meet at Tattooed Heart Studios. I’ll ensure the design flows perfectly with your anatomy before starting. My tattooing process is both efficient and gentle, allowing us to make significant progress during our session.
 6. Aftercare Support:
You’ll leave with detailed aftercare instructions and premium products to care for your healing tattoo. I’m always available to answer questions as your tattoo heals.

I’ve refined this process over the years to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for my clients. By the time your appointment arrives, your excitement about bringing your vision to life will far outweigh any nerves.

Pricing
 • Flat Day Rate:
I work with one client per day to provide undivided attention to your tattoo. My pricing is based on this full-day approach, and I do not offer lower rates for smaller tattoos.
 • Transparent Quotes:
After discussing your concept, I’ll provide a specific quote before you commit—no surprises.

Deposits
 • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book each session.
 • The deposit secures your place on my schedule and covers the time spent creating your custom design. It will be applied to the cost of your session.
 • Your deposit may be forfeited if:
 • You cancel or reschedule without at least 7 days’ notice.
 • You no-show or fail to arrive for your session.
 • You request changes to the design concept we agreed upon.

These policies ensure fairness and allow me to maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.

Consultations
Most consultations are handled over email so I can refer back to our conversation during the design process. In some cases, we may schedule a Zoom call or phone chat. In-person consultations can be requested but are rarely necessary.

Travel-Friendly Studio
Tattooed Heart Studios, is conveniently located just 5 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Airport. Many clients fly in for their sessions, stay overnight at nearby hotels, and fly home the next day or later that evening.
